I wish I could believe he will, but everything he has done so far shows he won’t. Heck, he could be classified as a domestic enemy of the Constitution and is by some. . .

Going to be a long two years until we have a shot at taking Congress back. . . .

    Lissa,
I’d have to agree with JD on this one. In a recent article in The Lowell Sun about an increase in gun sales prior to the November election, there was a quote from Obama about how the 2nd Amendment conferred the right to keep and bear arms. I say HORSESHIT. The bill of rights confers nothing. What it does is recognize and (alledgedly) protect those NATURAL RIGHTS given to us by the creator of our choosing.

Bottom line — President Elect Obama, who will swear on a Bible to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic, doesn’t even understand the document at its most fundamental level.

God help the future of The United State because Obama certainly will not.

I’m so scared and pessimistic right now, and the fact that my mother called me this morning, not to gloat (claimed she) but to see 1) if was ok, and 2) if I had any feelings about the election, did not help. I told her I thought it was pretty cool to witness such as historical moment, but wish we hadn’t eleccted a socialist. She replied by enforcing my earlier sentiment that I’m “just being pessimistic right now.”

I hope I’m wrong I hope I’m wrong I hope I’m wrong DEAR GOD I hope we are all wrong…

Oh, I’ve got plenty of doubts myself. But those can wait till tomorrow; if McCain and Whittle can be so gracious, I might as well make a stab at it.
